Slapton is situated in a picturesque part of the Grand Union Canal close to Leighton Buzzard in Buckinghamshire.
The site is just south of Slapton Lock (No. 30), adjacent to Bridge 120. The moorings can be reached by foot by crossing the lock gates.
Access to the site by car is along the B488, between Horton and the A4146.
Slapton Village is less than half a mile away. The nearest town is Leighton Buzzard and is approximately six miles away.
