Bartington is a small linear mooring site on the Trent & Mersey Canal and close to Northwich in Cheshire. Unspoit countryside surrounds the site and the River Weaver is within a short walk. The famous Anderton Boat Lift is three mile cruise away.
The site is approximately 90m long and provides space for two vessels moored against the towpath.
Access to the Mooring Site is from the A49, Warrington Road. There are steps down onto the towpath at bridge 209.
The nearest Canal & River Trust facilities including pump out, elsan and showers are at Anderton, approximately 3 miles away.
The moorings are located on the towpath and can be accessed from bridge 209 where there are steps onto the towpath. The site is 96 meters long.
This site has mooring rings but you may need to use mooring pins if spacing does not fit your boat length.
The mooring site has no access restrictions and can be viewed at any time. Please have consideration for the other moorees on site
