Vehicle access to the site is through a gated entrance which requires a suited key. Keys for the the car park are available to mooring customers only. Keys cost £50 each and the cost will be refunded if the key is returned with a valid receipt. Car parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

The towpath mooring below the lock are fenced and require a berth holder only key for access. The towpath mooring above the lock is open access. The offside area above the lock is gated but not locked. The offside area below the lock is not gated and openly accessible.

Due to the site being on a commercial waterway, it is recommended that extra fenders are used due to the movement of the water space if large freight craft pass through the site.

Mooring bollards/rings may be shared to best manage the water space. Customers can also use the bull rail to secure boats in addition to the mooring bollards/rings.
