Rising Lane moorings are located on the Grand Union Canal close to Kingswood Junction in Warwickshire.
Lapworth village, approx 1 mile away, has a convenience store and two public houses. The nearest town for shops, banks, post office, pubs and restaurants is Knowle, approx four miles away.
The linear site is approximately 200m long and provides space for up to 8 vessels moored against the off-side bank.
There are padlocked iron gates which lead onto the mooring site, off the main road and there is ample space for parking in the woodland area upon entry to the site.
Travel south from the direction of Knowle to Chadwick End on the A4141 Warwick Road. Turn right into Rising Lane, the first available right after leaving the village. The site is immediately before the canal bridge, just over a mile from the A4141.

The water point on the towpath opposite is for the use of all boaters. There is a refuse compound close to the access gate at the mooring site, which has two recycling bins, as well as two general waste bins. The nearest facilities for elsan disposal and pump out are south of the site at Kingswood Junction (approximately one mile).
The site has mooring rings spaced at 5 metre intervals.
Viewing can take place from the towpath immediately opposite to the mooring site.
