Located on the Grand Union Canal, Gayton Moorings are surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of the Northamptonshire countryside, just off the A43, five miles from Northampton and four miles from Towcester.
The mooring site provides space for up to 9 vessels moored against the off-side bank and a further three against the towpath.
The site is immediately north of Gayton Junction, approximately two miles south west of junction 15A of the M1, A43 Northampton to Towcester.
Local services are available in the nearby towns of Milton Malsor, Gayton and Blisworth, all of which are less than two miles away.
Facilities, including drinking water, elsan disposal, refuse disposal and toilets, are available approximately 50 metre south of the moorings, at the junction of the Grand Union Canal and the Northampton Arm. Facilities are for the use of all boaters.
The mooring site can be accessed from either Bridge 2 on the Northampton Arm or Bridge 47 on the Grand Union. Both bridges are off the Gayton to Milton Malsor road.
