Fenny Stratford Moorings lie to the south east of Milton Keynes, on the off-side on the Grand Union Canal. The site is easily accessible from Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Dunstable and Luton and is close to a number of attractions including Whipsnade Zoo, Bletchley Park, home of the Enigma machine, and many enjoyable walks, nature trails and parks.
The moorings are immediately above Fenny Lock, next to the Red Lion pub, and can be accessed from Lock View Lane, off Simpson Road. At the end of the lane, turn left before the swing bridge and walk past the front of the pub.
The centre of Fenny Stratford is approximately quarter of a mile south of the moorings. Bletchley, where a range of services and shops are available, is approximately one mile south west.
