Grenville Marina is a small off-line basin on the Grand Union Canal positioned to the south east of Milton Keynes.
The secure marina provides space for up to 5 vessels and is within easy reach of local shops and amenities, as well as Fenny Stratford Railway Station.
This small mooring basin is behind the Saracens Wharf residential development, just off Watling Street (V4, Bletchley to Fenny Stratford), approximately 50 metres south of Bridge 96.
Fenny Stratford or Bletchley
The nearest facilities, including drinking water, elsan disposal and refuse disposal, can be found at Fenny Lock, approximately 250 metres north of the basin.
Mooring rings are available for boats moored against the pontoon. There is a stone pathway which runs around the edge of the basin.
There is no designated parking at this site so moorers must make their own arrangements.
There is private footpath access through a small residential development and the site is overlooked by these properties and their fenced gardens.
Access to the site is via a locked gate, next to the towpath lift bridge crossing the entrance to the basin. Keys can be obtained from the mooring manager.
There are several pubs within easy walking distance of the moorings, as well as local shops and amenities. Fenny Stratford is a quarter of a mile away from the site and Bletchley is approximately one mile away.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Moorings at Grenville Marina are for leisure use only. This site does not have planning permission for residential use.
