The mooring site is south of Bridge 170, on the edge of Common Moor, near Croxley Green.

The site can be reached by a path from Bridge 170, which is a footbridge leading to Common Moor. Access is through the gate on the offside and down the steps to the moored boats. A site specific key is required for the gate and is available to permit holders only.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
