Opened in Spring 2017, Burdett Road leisure moorings are situated on Limehouse Cut canal, a 10 min walk to Mile End tube station.
The off-side mooring site is well located with two supermarkets close by and excellent transport links.
Canary Wharf is within 15 minutes’ walk and the City can be reached within 20 minutes’ via the Docklands Light Railway from the nearby Limehouse DLR station.
The off-side linear moorings are approximately 130m in length and can accommodate 6 wide beam boats.
The site is adjacent to a residential housing development with on-site concierge.
The gated access to the moorings is accessed by keyfob.

Electricity is provided to each berth by Smart Meters where electricity is purchased via an online account. Potable water is also provided with one tap per every two boats.
The nearest elsan point and pump-out facility are located at Limehouse Basin, approximately 10 to 15 minutes’ cruise away. There is a facility for refuse disposal, including recyclable rubbish, close by.
Storage facilities are not provided. All customer items must be stored on within boats and not on the pontoon.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
