You can now cancel your Mooring Agreement using our online form
To give notice on your mooring agreement please sign into your account
located on the main menu on the website. Complete and submit the mooring cancellation form.
Once you have submitted your cancellation request, a member of our team will be in touch within the next 15 working days to let you know if you are due a refund or if there are any outstanding monies due.
What happens when you cancel your agreement?
- If you decide to cancel within 14 days of completing your application online (the cooling off period), we will refund you any deposit payment made.
- You may not give notice to terminate your Agreement during the first two months of the Mooring Period.
- At any other time, before the expiry date of your Mooring Period, you may terminate this Agreement by filling in the online termination form, giving two calendar months’ notice.
