A large grassed area is at the site and is for the use of all CRT customers.

There are various access points to the site, including the layby and from the grassed area, some of which have steps.

All customer items must be stored on boats and not on any of the surrounding land areas. The land areas must not be cultivated in any way.

Although there is little movement in the water space at this site, customers are advised to provide their own fenders as there is no rubbing strip present in this location.

Mooring rings are shared to best manage the water space at this site.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
