From once being an important transhipment site for goods being loaded from barges on to rail, Exhall Basin is now a thriving residential mooring site off the Coventry Canal.
The site has full facilities, including car parking for its residents.
There are a total of 12 residential berths accessed via pontoons.
The site is on Blackhorse Road. To reach the site from Junction 3 of the M6, take the B4113 heading towards Bedworth / Coventry. Staying on the B4113 at the roundabout, take the second exit heading towards Bedworth onto Longford Road. After approximately 500 yards, turn right at the traffic lights onto Blackhorse Road. Continue on Blackhorse Road by turning left just after the level crossing. The mooring site is at the far end of the road, on the left hand side before the canal bridge. .
Bedworth town centre is approximately two miles away to the north and Coventry city centre is approximately five miles away to the south.

The shower and toilet can be found in the facilities block which is on the left as you drive into the site. The elsan and refuse disposal are in a separate area to the left of the facilities block. Boats utilise mooring rings which are on the landing stage and the centre of the boat is secured to the stanchion in the water.
Keys are available to residents only for a refundable deposit of 250 pounds. Deposits will be refunded when keys are returned with a valid receipt.
Band A Local authority council tax is currently payable to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
Viewing of this berth is by prior arrangement with the Moorings Manager only
