Fazeley Linear is a pleasant offside site on the Coventry Canal in Warwickshire.
Fazeley village offers a small selection of shops and take away restaurants. Tamworth town centre is a mile away and has a wide range of shops, banks, post office and local amenities.

To reach the site from the direction of Fazeley village, take the B5404 towards the A5 and Lichfield. After crossing the canal bridge, look for Evans Croft, approximately a quarter of a mile from the village traffic island, on the right. Turn into Evans Croft.
Public transport is available with main bus and rail stations within the town centre.

Facilities can be found at Fazeley Mill Marina, situated near the junction on the Birmingham - Fazeley Canal.
Car parking is not available at this site.
The site is protected by fencing and a padlocked gate. The moorings are adjacent to residential properties.
Keys are available to berth holders only for a refundable deposit of £50. Deposits will be refunded when keys are returned with a valid receipt.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
