Lincoln Topside L1 is located to the west of Brayford Pool, where the Fossdyke Canal meets the River Witham. The site lies beyond the Canal & River Trust maintenance depot and residential moorings, opposite the golf course. Access is via Campus Way, off the B1273, and the city centre is approximately 1.5 to 2 miles away.

The car park is for residential mooring customers only.

Start Dates

  • Auction listings: The mooring agreement is scheduled to begin 15 days after the auction closing date unless an alternative start date is stated in the vacancy details.
  • Buy It Now listings: The mooring agreement is scheduled to begin 2 weeks after the Buy It Now purchase date unless otherwise specified.

Your mooring invoice will only be issued once your application has been fully processed and all requirements have been met.
