Additional Information
There is customer service facilities block at the site which includes an elsan disposal point, toilet, shower and a separate disabled toilet and shower. The pump-out facility is at the water's edge in front of the facilities block and the refuse disposal point can be found to the rear of the block. There are a number of water points along the mooring site. Uplighting has been installed along part of the Residential Moorings. Electricity is provided to some though not all berths. For residential moorings, Council Tax is payable to the local authority. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note, the height restriction at the Glory Hole, Lincoln is 9ft 2ins (2.79 metres). This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater. A barrier is installed at the end of the residential mooring which prevents vehicle access past this point. Therefore no vehicle access is available to the Leisure moorings at this site. What3Words: ///ends.bake.every
