Some lighting has been installed on the moorings.
This is a leisure mooring site and we do not offer parking for leisure customers.
Please note - Parking is not permitted on the access road and the carpark is for residential mooring customers only.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.

Mooring Agreement & Application Processing
For auction listings, the mooring agreement is scheduled to begin 15 days after the auction closing date, unless an alternative start date is stated in the vacancy details.
For Buy It Now listings, the mooring agreement is scheduled to begin 2 weeks after the Buy It Now purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
Your mooring invoice will only be issued once your application has been fully processed and we are satisfied that all requirements have been met.
