This off-side, residential site is 140 metres long and has a total of 6 berths. Shared electricity, water and telecommunications supply/connection bollards are installed. Facilities including elsan and refuse disposal are located close to the site and are shared with the visitor moorings in the basin. These are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement”. The site is not secured and the pathway is open to public access. Car parking is not available at the site but parking can be found in the nearby town centre.

The Aylesbury Waterside Theatre is nearby, as is the University and an Odeon Cinema can be found close by also. A new Waitrose supermarket is located next to the mooring site.
