This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
Canal & River Trust, with the assistance of our national car parking contractor β Nexus, have introduced Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) at both car parks at Foxton Locks. One parking permit will be provided for each mooring. Permit holders should only park in the permit holders carpark.
