Additional Information

Facilities, including drinking water, pump-out, rubbish and elsan disposal, are at Market Harborough Basin, approximately 5 miles to the south east. Drinking water, rubbish and elsan disposal are also available at Foxton Locks, just three quarters of a mile west of the moorings. These facilities are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement.

Car parking is not available at this site so moorers must make alternative arrangements.

There is a wide level, stone towpath and grass verge which runs the full length of the moorings. This provides a cycle/walking route to Market Harborough.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
