An extremely desirable, well established site divided into two separate areas, located just off Browning's Pool in Little Venice - the jewel in the crown of the inland waterways network.
A stone's throw from Paddington, these Central London moorings are very well located for public transport and local amenities.
This site accommodates thirteen residential craft, all of which have a right of successive assignability meaning craft may be sold on the mooring and vacancies do not commonly arise.

Each berth is served with an individual mains electricity supply (with the berth holder contracting directly with the energy supplier), water and phone line, for which the berth holder arranges connection with a telecoms provider.
In the eastern half of the moorings there is a toilet and elsan facility for residents' use only. A pump out facility is located at the Little Venice facilities under the control of the local waterway, it does not form part of the mooring agreement, on the towpath at the eastern end of the moorings.
The Local Authority undertake refuse collections.
Residents have use (within reason) of the landspace adjacent to their craft. Car parking is not provided, so residents must make their own arrangements.
IMPORTANT NOTES: These moorings have the benefit of transferability and therefore are only available when purchasing one of the existing boats on site.
