Fosse Locks moorings are set along a quiet, rural stretch of the Grand Union Canal, just to the east of Leamington Spa in the heart of Warwickshire. Surrounded by open countryside, this tranquil location is perfect for boaters seeking a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the slower pace of canal life.

With the historic town of Leamington Spa just a short distance away, you're never far from local amenities, charming shops, and beautiful parks—making Fosse Locks an ideal balance of countryside calm and convenient access.

The linear site is approximately 180m long and provides space for up to 4 vessels moored against the towpath.

The mooring site is located where the Grand Union Canal is crossed by the B4455, Fosse Way. To reach the site from Leamington Spa, take the A425 for three and a half miles through Radford Semele and take the first left at the Fosse Way traffic island. The moorings are at Bridge 32.

Additional Information
A water point is located on the off-side, next to Bridge 32, and is for the use of all boaters. This facility is provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement. Moorings rings are spaced at 10 metre intervals. Car parking is not available at this site although a space can normally be found on the side of Fosse Way, next to Bridge 32. Leamington Spa is within four miles of the site and offers a range of shops, banks and pubs. This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring.
