Fosse Locks L1 Leisure

The mooring site is located where the Grand Union Canal is crossed by the B4455, Fosse Way.

To reach the site from Leamington Spa, take the A425 for three and a half miles through Radford Semele and take the first left at the Fosse Way traffic island. The moorings are at Bridge 32.

A water point is located on the off-side, next to Bridge 32, and is for the use of all boaters. This facility is provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement.

Moorings rings are spaced at 10 metre intervals.

Car parking is not available at this site although a space can normally be found on the side of Fosse Way, next to Bridge 32.

Leamington Spa is within four miles of the site and offers a range of shops, banks and pubs.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.

During the period of the Corona Virus restrictions, please speak to the mooring sales manager before bidding on or purchasing a new mooring. They will be able to advise on accessibility and availability of the berth and help to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible
