Bascote Wharf Moorings are situated in a rural location of the Leamington Arm of the Grand Union Canal in Warwickshire.
The historic town of Leamington Spa is just over four miles to the west.
The mooring site is approximately 115m long and provides space for up to 3 vessels moored against the offside bank.

- Mooring rings are installed at the site but mooring pins may be needed dependent on boat length and the spacing of rings.
The refuse and parking facility situated nearby are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
