There is also a drinking water tap opposite the moorings, on the off-side of the canal. The aforementioned facilities are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
