Additional Information

The water point is approx 50 metres from the mooring and is shared with other boaters. An additional water point, refuse disposal and elsan can be found near to the residential Stoke Bruerne site which is three quarters of a mile to the south, at the bottom of the locks. These services are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement.

Car parking is not available at this site so moorers must make alternative arrangements.

Access to the site is through two small gates, passing in front of the canal side cottages.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
