Bridge 93 is a small rural mooring site on the Grand Union Canal on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. Fenny Stratford, where local amenities are available, is approximately half a mile away.

The site can be accessed from Simpson Road, between Fenny Stratford and Woughton Park. A pathway leads from the road, up and over the bridge, with steps lead down to the moorings.

There are no facilities at this site. The nearest facilities, including water, elsan and refuse disposal, are at Fenny Lock, approximately one mile to the south. These services are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
