Norwood Top Lock is a serviced offside mooring site accommodating six leisure craft. Located a short distance above the historic Hanwell Flight, the site is well located for exploring north up the Grand Union into the Colne Valley Regional Park, or head into Central London via the 13½ mile lock-free stretch of the Grand Union Paddington Arm.
To the south, beyond the Hanwell Flight lies Brentford, the gateway to the River Thames.

Each berth is served with a 16amp electricity supply which is fitted with a new Smart Metering system, water supply and telephone socket which will require a connection to be arranged between customer and telecoms provider.
Access to the moorings is for permit holders only. Keys are issued upon payment of a refundable deposit.
An elsan facility is located immediately outside the site entrance, which is available for all boat owners to use.
The site may be viewed at any time from the towpath. Access to the moorings may be arranged by appointment with the local Moorings Manager.
