Norwood Top Lock is a serviced offside mooring site accommodating six leisure craft. Located a short distance above the historic Hanwell Flight, the site is well located for exploring north up the Grand Union into the Colne Valley Regional Park, or head into Central London via the 13½ mile lock-free stretch of the Grand Union Paddington Arm.
To the south, beyond the Hanwell Flight lies Brentford, the gateway to the River Thames.

- Each berth is served with a 16amp electricity supply which is fitted with a new Smart Metering system, water supply and telephone socket which will require a connection to be arranged between customer and telecoms provider.

An elsan facility is located immediately outside the site entrance, which is available for all boat owners to use. This service is provided by and under the control of the local waterway, and do not form part of the mooring agreement.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
