Additional Information
Canal & River Trust facilities including water, refuse, elsan, pump out and toilets are immediately adjacent to the mooring site, on the north side. The facilities are shared with passing boaters. The facilities block and waste bins are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement. There is no car park at this site so customers must make alternative arrangements. Mooring rings are installed at this site but mooring pins may be needed dependant on boat length and the spacing of rings. This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater. What3Words: ///flips.decisions.deal
