Burscough Bridge moorings are set within the heart of this lovely small town on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal about half way between Liverpool and Preston.
The mooring site is close to amenities including a good selection of restaurants, shops and pleasant walking routes into the delightful west Lancashire countryside. Good road and rail links also provides convenient access to the coast and other parts of the North West of England.

- Facilities, including water and elsan are available on the other side of bridge 32a. The facilities are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement” Mooring rings are installed along the site but mooring pins may be needed dependent on boat length and spacing of rings. There are no car parking facilities at this site so moorers must make their own arrangements. Leisure Use Only This site is intended for leisure use. Overnight stays and occasional longer visits are welcome, but it is not suitable for full-time residential use and lacks planning consent or infrastructure for long-term living.
