All berths at the site are equipped with access to electricity and a water supply, ensuring a convenient residential mooring experience. An elsan disposal unit is available on site exclusively for use by residential boaters. For general waste, refuse facilities can be found nearby—either in the Pocket Park adjacent to Hythe Bridge Street (to the south) or at College Cruisers, just 200 metres to the north. Additionally, College Cruisers also offers charged pump-out services for those who need them, making it easy to manage waste responsibly while staying moored in this central yet peaceful location.
