Hythe Bridge L1

This residential mooring site is situated at the terminus of the Oxford Canal. It is within 500 metres of Oxford City Centre, with all of its associated facilities. The feel of the site is predominantly rural, despite its close proximity to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The main train station is within a short walk of the mooring site, from where buses can also be taken.

This popular towpath mooring is approximately 320m long and provides space for up to 16 vessels.

Additional Information

All berths have the benefit of an electricity and water supply. There is an elsan unit on site, which is for the exclusive use of the residential boats on site. Refuse facilities can be found either in the Pocket Park adjacent to Hythe Bridge Street (to the south) or at College Cruisers (200m to the north). There are also charged pump out facilities at College Cruisers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These moorings have the benefit of assignability and therefore are only available when purchasing one of the existing boats on site.
