Additional Information
There is a water point in the middle of the site, just north of Bridge 14, for the use of all boaters. The site is split into two sections. The nearest Elsan disposal, refuse disposal and toilet facilities are approximately three miles north of the site, at Sutton Stop, Hawkesbury Junction. All facilities mentioned are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement. There is no designated car park at this site so moorers must make alternative arrangements. This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater. What3Words: ///brains.face.follow
