Langford Lane moorings are situated within half a mile of the village of Kidlington approximately five and a half miles north of Oxford City Centre. The site is on the south side of Bridge 224 where the canal crosses the A4260 (Banbury to Oxford Road). This is a perfect location for exploring the Oxfordshire countryside and accessing the River Thames in Oxford.

- The site is on the south side of Bridge 224, where the canal crosses the A4260 road (Banbury to Oxford) just north of Kidlington. Access from the A4260 is along Langford Lane (Oxford Spires Business Park and Oxford Airport). Turn sharp left about 120 metres from the traffic lights and into the Canal & River Trust's car park, adjacent to the new housing estate. A path leads to the moorings.

- Elsan disposal and refuse bins are next to the car park, adjacent to the moorings. There are two drinking water taps on the towpath. Facilities are for use all of boaters at the site and are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement. Although there is a small car park at the site, we cannot guarantee a parking space. The site is 224 metres long and is currently occupied by 13 boats. Kidlington village centre, approximately one mile from the site, has local services including shops, supermarket, post office and medical services. Oxford city centre is approximately seven miles away. Please note, the moorings run adjacent to a small housing estate. We expect all customers to act considerately at all times. This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring.
