The moorings at Dukes Lock are situated within a mile of the village of Wolvercote. Access to the site is along the towpath from either Bridge 235 (Wolvercote Road Bridge) or from Bridge 230 (Kings Bridge).
This is a perfect location for exploring the Oxfordshire countryside and also for accessing the River Thames in Oxford. Dukes Lock is just below the site and Isis Lock is approximately 4 miles south at the terminus of the Oxford Canal, which both give access to the Thames.
