A simple yet desirable mooring site accommodating three leisure craft, situated on the towpath along the southern side of Browning's Pool. The moorings are very well located for traversing London's waterways, being located at the junction of the Regent's Canal and Paddington Branch of the Grand Union Canal, offering ample opportunity for weekend cruises or the longer London Ring.
The moorings are situated alongside Warwick Crescent, just off Harrow Road (A404).
The nearest access to the moorings is via steps immediately opposite the moored craft or ramp from Westbourne Terrace Road, 2mins walk along the towpath.
Warwick Avenue Underground (Bakerloo)
Each berth is served with water, telecoms and electricity (two with 16amp supplies with Smart Metering technology installed, the third with an independent mains supply for which the berth holder contracts directly with the energy supplier).
Elsan, pump out and refuse provision is available approximately 5 minutes' walk from the moorings, at the Little Venice facilities on the towpath adjacent to Delamere Terrace under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement.
Storage facilities are not provided.
All customer items must be stored on boats and not on any of the surrounding land areas/pontoons.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
The moorings can be viewed at anytime and are based on the towpath. Please have respect for other users if visiting the site.
