Set on the northern fringe of Regent's Park, Cumberland Basin moorings occupy what remains of the old limb off the Regent's Canal which used to see cargoes of hay brought to Cumberland Market, formerly located near the current site of Euston Station.
Five residential berths are accommodated in the basin, with eleven leisure moorings along the mainline canal.
Well located for local amenities and public transport, the site is within a short walk of Camden Lock Market, London Zoo and is on the doorstep of the stunning Regent's Park, as well as being very well positioned for exploring the wider city including by boat.
An established mooring, the craft here have a historic right of successive assignability and so may be sold on the mooring meaning vacancies do not commonly arise.
The moorings are situated just off Prince Albert Road (A5205).
Camden Town Underground (Northern Line)
Electricity is provided to each berth by Smart Meters where electricty is purchased via an online account. Also provided are water and phone line (for which the berth holder arranges connection with a telecoms provider).

Car parking is not available so residents must make their own arrangements.
Refuse, elsan and pump out are available at the nearby Little Venice facilities, approximately 40 minutes' walk or cruise from the moorings.
Storage facilities are not provided.
All customer items must be stored on boats and not on any of the surrounding land areas.
This is partly a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
The moorings may be viewed from the towpath opposite, access to the site is by appointment with the Moorings Manager.
