Situated near Nantwich in Cheshire, Barbridge is an important junction on the inland waterways. It is the meeting point of the main line of the Shropshire Union Canal which links Chester with Wolvehampton and the Middlewich Branch which joins the Trent & Mersey Canal.
The deep cuttings and high embankments which characterise this canal can be enjoyed for miles along with stunning sweeping views towards the Welsh Marshes.
Barbridge Moorings are approximately 225m long and provide space for up to 4 vessels spread across two distinct areas of the site.

- The nearest water point, pump-out and elsan facilities are at Calveley, approx. 3 miles away. There is a lay-by available for car parking below the moorings. Leisure Use Only This site is intended for leisure use. Overnight stays and occasional longer visits are welcome, but it is not suitable for full-time residential use and lacks planning consent or infrastructure for long-term living.
