Beeston Lock Offside is located just outside the town of Beeston in Nottinghamshire. The site offers convenient access to the River Trent and is approximately six miles from Nottingham city centre. It sits about 1.5 miles southeast of Beeston town centre, which has a wide range of shops, banks, chemists, and a post office.

This site is on Canal Side which can be reached from the A6005 Queens Road, via Station Road and then Meadow Road, or by following the signs to Beeston Marina. The mooring site is approximately 1.5 miles south east of Beeston town centre where services including shops, banks, chemists and a post office can be found. Nottingham city centre is approximately 6 miles away.

Beeston train station is located in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, just southwest of Nottingham city centre. It sits on a spur of the Midland Main Line, making it a handy stop for routes between London, Leicester, Derby, Birmingham, Nottingham, and Lincoln Beeston Station Station Road Beeston Nottinghamshire NG9 2AB

Additional Information
The elsan disposal point are located beside Beeston Old Lock. The refuse disposal point is opposite the Lock Cottage. The water point is at the side of the facilities block. Elsan disposal and/or waste bins are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement. Car Parking - an open car park provided by the local waterway, moorers can use it but they do not have any priority over others at this site. This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring.
