Tibberton Moorings are located on a rural stretch of the Worcester & Birmingham Canal which is one of a series of canals which forms part of the 'Stourport Ring'. Tibberton is a good starting point for this circular cruise which takes in Worcestershire, the Black Country and Birmingham in the Midlands.
This is a basic towpath site conveniently located two and a half miles from Junction 6 of the M5 motorway on the outskirts of Tibberton village. There is a village shop and two pubs within a short walk from the site and the historic town of Worcester is approximately five miles away by road.
The site is 220m long and provides space for up to 10 vessels moored against the towpath.
From the M5 motorway junction 6 take the A4538 towards Evesham and Pershore. Within a short distance a traffic island is reached. Turn left following the sign into Tibberton village. After passing through the village along Plough Road the moorings are immediately before the canal bridge. The only parking available is along the road in the village.
