Historic Clarence Dock was originally used by barges to unload goods, mainly coal, from the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and Aire and Calder Navigation. Now it provides 6 serviced residential moorings within the heart of Leeds.
The moorings are set amongst an attractive backdrop of apartments, shops, restaurants and the Royal Armouries Museum.
The moorings are within Clarence Dock, just off the River Aire (Aire and Calder Navigation) in the centre of Leeds. Pedestrian access is 150 metres walk from either Armouries Way or Chadwick Street. The site can also be accessed on foot from the Royal Armouries. The nearest main carriageway is the A61, Black Bull Street at Crown Point Bridge.
