Located alongside the historic Kensal Green Cemetery, Kensal Green is an established residential mooring site on the Grand Union Canal (Paddington Branch).
Well situated for local amenities and public transport, this site is also within easy walking distance of Portobello Road and Notting Hill. Each Bank Holiday August, the area comes alive with the sight and sounds of the Notting Hill Carnival.
The site is approximately 230m long and provides space for up to ten vessels moored against the off-side bank. Berths here have a right of successive assignability which allows the sale of boats on the mooring so vacancies do not commonly arise.
